1. The Promoter
The promoter is GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited of Thorney Weir House, Thorney Mill Lane, Iver, England SL0 9AQ (“GRIDSERVE”).
2.THE COMPETITION 2.1.The title of the Competition is “Watch and Win 2025” (“Competition”).
2.2.All competition participants will be entered into a prize draw for the Competition.
2.3.The prizes will be football shirts and footballs signed by members of the Fulham FC football team (as set out in more detail in clause 5 below) (Prizes).
3.HOW TO ENTER
3.1.To enter the Competition, participants must go to https://events.gridserve.com/watch-and-win/ or click the direct link in adverts promoting the Competition, enter their full name and email address and answer the question posed. All entrants will be asked the same question.
3.2.Entries must be submitted between Monday 31st March 2025 and Sunday 13th April 2025 (“Closing Date”).
3.3.All Competition entries must be submitted by no later than 23:59 GMT on the Closing Date.
3.4.By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.ELIGIBILITY
4.1.The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except:
4.1.1.employees of GRIDSERVE or its holding or subsidiary companies;
4.1.2.employees of agents or suppliers of GRIDSERVE or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the giveaway or its administration; or
4.1.3.members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2.In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. GRIDSERVE may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
4.3.There is a limit of one Competition entry per person.
5.THE PRIZE
5.1.As stated in clause 2.3, the Prizes for the Competition will be footballs and football shirts signed by members of the Fulham FC team. There will be four different Prizes:
5.1.1. First Prize – 1 signed football and 1 football shirt
5.1.2. Second Prize – 1 signed football shirt
5.1.3.Third Prize – 1 signed football5.1.4.Fourth Prize – 1 signed football
5.2.There are no cash alternatives available and GRIDSERVE reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond GRIDSERVE's control makes it necessary to do so.
5.3.Any costs incurred by a winner which are incidental to the fulfilment of a prize are the responsibility of such winner.
5.4.The Prizes will be signed by a selection of and not all members of the Fulham FC team. GRIDSERVE will have no control over the signature process and cannot guarantee which signatures of the Fulham FC team will appear on the Prizes.
6.THE WINNERS
6.1.The winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process within one month of the Closing Date.
6.2.The winners will be contacted directly using the email addresses provided to GRIDSERVE in the Competition entry form.
6.3.GRIDSERVE may require that the Prize winners participate in marketing and promotional materials for the Prizes and the Competition. Should a winner object to any of their personal data being used in such a way please contact GRIDSERVE at 020 3995 0960.
7.CLAIMING THE PRIZE
7.1.The winners of the Prizes will have 14 days from the date of notification that they have won a Prize by GRIDSERVE to claim the Prize. Upon verification that a winner has fulfilled the eligibility criteria, GRIDSERVE will notify them, confirm their address and arrange for their Prize to be delivered to the address provided.
7.2.GRIDSERVE will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. Should a winner not claim their Prize within the 14 day time period, GRIDSERVE reserves the right to forfeit such Prize and select a new winner in accordance with the process described in clause 7.1.
7.3.GRIDSERVE does not accept any responsibility if a selected winner is not able to take up the Prize.
8.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1.Insofar as is permitted by law, GRIDSERVE will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of GRIDSERVE, its agents, its distributors or that of their employees. Any statutory rights that you may have will not be affected.
9.DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
9.1.GRIDSERVE will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy notice at www.gridserve.com/legal-area/#gridserve-privacy-notice.
10.GENERAL
10.1.If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, GRIDSERVE may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a person from participating in the competition.
10.2.GRIDSERVE reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3.GRIDSERVE does not accept any responsibility or liability if a winner is not able to use the Prize for any reason.
10.4.These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any participants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
