1. The Promoter
The promoter is GRIDSERVE Car Leasing Ltd of Thorney Weir House, Thorney Mill Lane, Iver, England SL0 9AQ (“GRIDSERVE").

2. The Competition
2.1. The title of the Competition is “Electric Carpool match day experience” (“Competition”).
2.2. All competition participants will be entered into a prize draw for the Competition.
2.3. The prize will be one of three packs consisting of:
(i) three adult tickets to watch Fulham FC play away at Crystal Palace on Saturday 27th April 2024,
(ii) refreshments provided by Fulham FC,
(iii) a signed Fulham FC shirt and
(iv) the option to be driven to and from the game in a chauffeur driven electric vehicle provided by GRIDSERVE in accordance with clause 5 of these terms and conditions ("Prize").

3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must go to https://events.gridserve.com/carpool-competition or click the direct link in adverts promoting the Competition and enter their full name, email address and phone number.
3.2. Entries must be submitted between 5th April 2024 and 21st April 2024 (“Closing Date”).
3.3. All Competition entries must be submitted by no later than 23:59 GMT on the Closing Date.
3.4. By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility
4.1. The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over, except:
4.1.1. employees of GRIDSERVE or its holding or subsidiary companies;
4.1.2. employees of agents or suppliers of GRIDSERVE or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the giveaway or its administration; or
4.1.3. members of the immediate families or households 4.1.1 and 4.1.2.
4.2. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. GRIDSERVE may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
4.3. There is a limit of one Competition entry per person.

5. The Prize
5.1. As stated in clause 2.3, the Prize for the Competition will comprise of:
(i) three standard match day adult tickets to watch Crystal Palace on Saturday 27th April 2024,
(ii) Fulham FC refreshment vouchers,
(iii) a signed Fulham FC shirt and
(iv) if the winners live within, or can be picked up within, 50 miles of Craven Cottage, a chauffeur will pick the winners up and take them to and from Craven Cottage to watch Crystal Palace on Saturday 27th April 2024.
5.2. There are no cash alternatives available and GRIDSERVE reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond GRIDSERVE's control makes it necessary to do so.
5.3. Any costs incurred by the winner which are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize, including but not limited to travel, are the responsibility of the winner.

6. The Winner
6.1. The three winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process the day after the Closing Date.
6.2. The winner will be contacted directly using the phone number and email address provided to GRIDSERVE in the Competition entry form (“Notification”).
6.3. GRIDSERVE may request that the winner participates in marketing and promotional materials for the Prize and the Competition. Should the winner object to any of their personal data being used in such a way please contact GRIDSERVE at 020 3995 0960.020 3995 0

7. Claiming the Prize
7.1. The winners of the Prize will have 24 hours from the date of the Notification described in clause 6.2 to acknowledge that they have won the Prize (“Acknowledgment”). The Acknowledgment can be made by way of responding to the Notification email confirming receipt of the Prize or by confirming over a telephone call.
7.2. Upon verification that a winner has fulfilled the eligibility criteria at clause 4, GRIDSERVE will present winners with match day tickets and Fulham FC refreshment vouchers on pick up.
7.3. GRIDSERVE will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. Should a winner not claim the Prize within the 24 hour time period from when GRIDSERVE attempts to contact the winner for the first time, GRIDSERVE reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and select a new winner in accordance with the process described in clause 6.1.
7.4. GRIDSERVE does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the Prize.

8. Liability
8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, GRIDSERVE will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of GRIDSERVE, its agents, its distributors or that of their employees. Any statutory rights that you may have will not be affected.

9. Data Protection and Publicity
9.1. GRIDSERVE will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy notice at gridserve.com/legal-area/#gridserve-privacy-notice.

10. General
10.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, GRIDSERVE may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a person from participating in the Competition.
10.2. GRIDSERVE reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3. GRIDSERVE does not accept any responsibility or liability if a winner is not able to use the Prize for any reason.
10.4. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any participants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
